How to Calculate Your Personal Year Number

Calculate a Personal Year using birth month, birth day and the current calendar year.

A common method adds your birth month and birth day to the digits of the year you want to examine, then reduces the result to one digit. Some schools handle master numbers differently.

Example for 2026

For a fictional July 24 birthday: 7 + 2 + 4 + 2 + 0 + 2 + 6 = 23, then 2 + 3 = 5. Under this method, 2026 would be a Personal Year 5.
